Akshay Gupta founded Sharp Legal & Co. in 2021. He is drawn to matters where the law is not just about reading a provision, but about understanding the larger system in which that provision operates.
His practice centres on regulatory, electricity, infrastructure, and commercial disputes: areas where legal questions meet technology, economics, policy, and the realities of running a business. He has appeared before Electricity Regulatory Commissions, the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL), High Courts, and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
